Rev. Msgr. James J. Graham, J.C.D.
Msgr. Graham studied at St. Charles Borromeo Seminary earning a BA in Philosophy and a Master of Divinity. He was ordained by John Cardinal Krol in 1973. He did graduate studies at the Pontifical Gregorian University in Rome, receiving a doctorate in Canon law in 1980. Assignments include parochial vicar at Good Shepherd Parish in Philadelphia and Saint Katharine of Siena Parish in Wayne. He served as Secretary of the Metropolitan Tribunal 1980 to 1990. Served as Judicial Vicar 1990 to 2007. Taught at St. Charles Seminary from 1995 to 1999. Taught in the Permanent Diaconate Program from 2008 to 2015. Served as pastor of presentation BVM Parish in Wynnewood and St. Denis Parish in Havertown before being appointed pastor of St. Rose in 2014. Msgr. Graham remains a judge on the Metropolitan Tribunal.
