Registration Information
You may register for CYO sports using the attached registration form. Select the green "Registration" button to the left, and then select the green "Forms" button to access the form. Submit this form with payment as directed on the form. Checks should be made payable to "St. Rose of Lima CYO".
Please make note of the following registration schedule:
q The deadline for registering for Fall 2009 sports (soccer, volleyball, cross country) is q The deadline for registering for Winter 2010 sports (basketball, cheerleading, high school basketball) is q The deadline for registering for Spring 2010 sports (baseball, softball, track, high school volleyball) is March 1, 2010.
